Winter Wedding – What’s your color?
Deciding on your colors for a winter wedding can be challenging. In most cases you don’t want it to look overly Christmas-y unless that is your theme, of course!
There is no limit to the options for winter wedding décor but we’ll focus on seven possibilities here.
One color choice is Red and White. If you don’t want a Christmasy look you can add some yellow to give it a whole new look! You may want to add winter accents such as pomegranates, berries, and/or cranberries. One advantage of using red with a winter theme is that there are so many decorative items available in red and you will have no trouble finding what you need.
Another option for red is Red and Silver. It has a glamorous look and definitely adds pizzazz to your festivities!
If red is just not “you” then you may want to consider an Ice Blue. Ice Blue can give your décor a magical feel when paired with silver. It looks festive and wintry and just might be perfect for you!
If you like blue but want to go with a bright color, Royal Blue with Silver is a good choice:
Another choice is Rustic Winter for those who want something a bit rustic without a main color but with lots of white along with earthy elements such as pine cones, tree bark, etc.
There are other choices for winter that may not seem typical but that just might work for you! A couple options to consider are Gold with Black and Gold with White, as shown below.
